Information Stored In The App

The app stores client names, visit notes, formula lines, attachments, export files, and app settings locally on the device so the user can manage records without an account or cloud sync.

Information Sent For Purchases

If the user buys Formula Cards Pro, the app uses the relevant platform store and RevenueCat to process the purchase and restore the entitlement. That flow may involve store account identifiers, purchase receipts, and standard device/app metadata used by those services.

Information Shared From The App

Formula Cards does not provide public sharing, social feeds, or messaging. When a user exports or shares a file, that action is initiated by the user and sent only to the destination they choose.

Analytics And Logs

The product is designed to avoid sending client content such as names, formulas, notes, photos, or prices into analytics or logs. If diagnostics are added later, they should be limited to app health and purchase status, not personal client content.

Data Retention And Deletion

Since records are stored locally by default, deleting the app or using the in-app delete data action removes local content from the device. Exports created by the user remain in the user-chosen destination until deleted there.

Children

Formula Cards is intended for professionals and adults, not for children.
